2. In the course of purchasing and producing raw materials,strictly with quality pass.According to the contract,technical documents and relevant inspection standards, we’ll do meticulous inspection to ensure no nonconforming raw material and product,accepting customer or third-party commission to carry out supervision and inspection.
3. Accepting overall responsibility for product quality we provided.
4. For any products manufactured ,we can provide the necessary material certification, quality inspection reports, the official certification of products and free consultation.
5. Guatantee the delivery in strictly accordance with the terms of contract and fulfill the requirements and terms in contract except the force majeure resons.If buyer need to modify the contract before produing,our company will timely act in concert with it.

Ⅱ.To ensure prompt and circumspect after-sales services
1. Any product quality problems caused in the production process, our company are responsible for the settlement of it within the warranty period.
2. In the waranty period,receiving the customer’s feedback,we guarantee the settlement whin 24 hours no matter whether caused by our company.If needing handle on the spoy,we ‘ll send out the service personnels to solve promptly, so as to take user satisfaction as the first standard, guarantee the user ‘s benefit, and enhances our enterprise's prestige.
3. Establishing files of product testing and the production technology to ensure that each batch product traceability,prepare for inquiries. Regularly visit on customers, with special emphasis on customer feedback and evaluation to continuously improve and enhance the services.
